Ayutva – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using https://www.ayutvahealth.com(“Site”), you agree to these terms under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Definitions

  • “User”: anyone browsing or transacting on the Site.

  • “Products”: wellness, food, beverage, and supplements sold by Ayutva.

  • “We/Us/Our”: Ayutva, the Site owner/operator.

3. Products & Usage

Products based on traditional Ayurvedic ingredients. As not all such products are regulated like pharmaceuticals, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Results may vary.

4. Ordering & Pricing

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

  • Orders confirmed after our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders per Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

  • Payments completed through secure gateways (India-based). We comply with PCI-DSS norms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout may vary. We’re not liable for delays outside our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the courier accepts the parcel.

  • For damaged or lost shipments, notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate remedial steps.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

At Ayutva, customer satisfaction is our priority. Ayurvedic wellness products can be returned within 03 days of delivery only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the sensitive nature of health and wellness items, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products. If your order was received damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos). Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund as applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Non-consumable wellness products are returnable if unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt.

  • Consumables (e.g., beverages/supplements) can’t be returned once opened.

  • Refunds processed within 14 days via original payment method. Policy compliant with Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

  • Customers cannot cancel perishable item orders once dispatched.

7. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate personal info. We disclaim liability for issues caused by wrong data.

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Ayutva or its licensors. Unauthorized use violates Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules on data protection). By using the Site, you consent to processing personal data.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

  • We don't guarantee suitability or effect of Products. Use at your own risk.

  • Not responsible for losses beyond the product’s value, including incidental or consequential damages.

  • Liability limited by Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian statutes.

11. Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by Indian law.

  • Disputes resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 23 June 2025.
